I cannot access in GTV HD Channels or cannot login in GTV apps, but it keeps on loading, why?

A. Exit GTV app goto android box settings menu scroll down to apps click on GTV app and Clear cache and clear data, restart modem/ WIFI, and Android box.
B. Uninstall GTV HD Apps and reinstall GTV HD APK (must uninstall first).
C. If it still does not work, Please contact us for help.

Can I share one activated code on more than one device?

Cannot, one code only can work on one device. once the code activated one device, it cannot work on other devices

Can I transfer my code to other devices if my existing one is broken?

Sure can, we support to transfer with 3/6/12 months codes. and 1-month code is not supported.

My box is broken, how to transfer the subscription to new device?

Please inform the old code and new device ID found in account info page and we shall help you to transfer..

Can GTV HD run on MAG Box ?

GTV HD IPTV can not run on MAG250/254, but can run on Android Device like Samsung mobile phone, PAD, Android TV box, even Engima2 DVB Box, like dreambox, VU+.

Can GTV HD run on Samsung Smart tv?

For the Samsung Smart tv, if it supports the third part apk, it should be ok with our GTV HD apk.... Our apk can work on any device with Android OS, unless some smart tv set not support the third part apk.

How to add channels to favourite with GTV IPTV apps??

Steps: Press menu — account info– FAV manage– choose the channels that you want to add to FAV.

Why the code is wrong or not work?
